We had a great experience at Haeger Orthodontics. Staff is super friendly, attentive, and always accommodating to our schedule. My daughter had to get an expander and braces on her top teeth, treatment was about 9 months. We are very happy with the results and Dr. Haeger's work. Appointments were usually quick with short wait times when we arrived. Dr. Haeger is super gentle and made us feel very comfortable at each appointment. The Maple Valley location was super convenient and close to us, but we have also visited the Kent location when we needed to be seen on short notice. Highly recommend using Dr. Haeger for your orthodontic needs.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Haeger and his whole staff! We found this office after going to a different orthodontist and being told we needed braces immediately. My "mom instincts" told me to get a second opinion and I am so glad we did! Dr. Haeger puts together a comprehensive plan that doesn't put braces on kids too early (since we all know the teeth are going to move more). We knew exactly what to expect and I felt confident in the plan. They also do fun giveaways that make it easier for the kids. Such a great office!

Both me and my oldest have had braces done in the last 5 years with Dr. Haeger and I couldn't be more pleased! My youngest goes in annually for observation but he might not need them and they actually told me instead of needlessly charging me thousands of dollars. We love the Maple Valley location because it's so easy to get to off of Hwy 18. The waiting room is large with tables, comfy chairs, and a kids' area. The tables came in handy when my daughter would have a longer appointment and I was able to get work done. The staff is always very welcoming and I've never felt like I asked a stupid question. They even have ice cream in the summer and cookies the rest of the year! Yum!!
