Front Desk/Scheduling Coordinator
An outgoing communicator with people skills would thrive in this role. Yours is the first smile our patients see as they walk through the door and the first voice they hear over the phone. Our practice is committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere that delivers the best care possible and you will act as ambassador at the front desk. Applicants should have a balance of warm professionalism and attention to detail.
The cornerstones of your role will include patient communication on the phone, patient scheduling and managing the office calendar. The new patient experiences starts in the waiting room and you will be maintaining its décor and cleanliness. Some office management such as ordering office supplies, coordinating events, and email communications will fall in the daily tasks as well.

Financial Coordinator
As financial coordinator you will meet with each patient and help them navigate their contracts as well as establish payments. An intimate knowledge of insurance benefits and billing will be gained as you supervise all dealings with insurance companies on behalf of the office. As you gain comfort in the role you will also be dual trained in the scheduling coordinator and treatment coordinator roles for support.
Assistant
As an assistant your primary role will be working chairside with patients. A high degree of independence is valued as an orthodontic assistant. You will work under the supervision and direction of the orthodontist but much of the excitement of working on the patient happens with your hands. Other tasks include laboratory work and cross training for versatility in other office roles.
Treatment care coordinator
No role plays a greater part in the new patient experience than the Treatment Care Coordinator. Your ability to both create a strong emotional connection with individuals and effectively communicate will foster the environment for a truly wonderful first visit to the office. The relationships and trust you build with the patients are what keep them coming to our practice for exceptional care.
As a Treatment Care Coordinator you walk patients through the orthodontic journey with excellent communication. Everything from taking payments, to reviewing treatment options, to scheduling the actual appointment will be part of your day to day. You will be managing the recall and systems in place for tracking growing and developing patients. Our office values diligent record keeping, within this role you will be generating reports and data entry so we can better understand new patient trends and referrals. You will be the point person for all things related to patients starting their exciting orthodontic treatment.

Office Manager
This is a critical role for implementing office policies and procedures while supervising all staff. You will have domain over the office administration and human resources, helping maintain and improve our office’s goal for a healthy work environment producing the best performing staff possible. Leadership and team building will be part of your daily goals.
