Having had braces as a child, Dr. Haeger saw orthodontics as a way to combine his love of science and his passion for helping people in a hands-on way. He thoroughly enjoys seeing the positive changes that orthodontic treatment can bring to his patients’ lives. He is recognized as a progressive orthodontist who embraces new forms of treatment and technology and has established a reputation for achieving excellent clinical results.
Dr. Haeger and the seasoned team at Haeger Orthodontics attract patients of all ages with their friendly approach and skill as well as state-of-the-art technologies. Dr. Haeger’s soft-spoken personality and playful sense of humor put patients at ease. Get to Know Dr. Brandon
Dr. Brandon is dedicated to delivering the highest quality orthodontic care in a warm, patient-centered environment. Dr. Brandon's focus is on providing personalized care that helps patients achieve their best smile, while maintaining their comfort and well-being throughout their entire treatment.
Dr. Brandon’s developed his passion for orthodontics through his own positive experiences with his dentist and orthodontist. Inspired by these experiences, in high school he set his career goals to become an Orthodontist. He followed a pre-dental track in college and went on to complete dental school at the University of Pacific in California. Dr. Brandon then finalized his specialty training in orthodontics at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland. Dr. Brandon wanted to join Haeger Orthodontics to be part of a practice that truly prioritizes personalized care. With his strong foundation in orthodontics and dedication to delivering the highest quality care, Dr. Brandon is excited to continue to bring his expertise to our team.
Outside of the office, Dr. Brandon enjoys staying active at the gym and swimming. He also takes advantage of what the PNW has to offer by spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and paddle boarding. He’s also a big foodie and loves exploring Seattle's incredible and diverse culinary scene. If you have a favorite eatery, don’t hesitate to share it with him—he’s always on the lookout for new places to try!

Dr. Haeger’s orthodontic journey has offered him opportunities as an educator, leader, and pioneer in the latest orthodontic techniques.
With publications in various academic studies and as a frequent lecturer at the University of Washington, if anyone knows orthodontia, it’s Dr. Haeger.
He educates future orthodontists on orthodontic laser treatment, specialized orthodontic implants, and how to maximize treatment efficiencies so patients can spend less time and money wearing braces.

A Passion For Orthodontics Sparked His Purpose To Serve Others
Dr. Haeger founded the local chapter of Smile for a Lifetime (S4L) Foundation to benefit local youth. He initiated the S4L program at Haeger Orthodontics and donates full orthodontic treatment to eight local teens every year.
In addition, he has sponsored local sports teams and helped fund local teen education through college scholarships.
